Wernicke's encephalopathy is a potentially lethal complication of thiamine deficiency which mainly occurs in chronic alcoholic patients. It may occur in other conditions like hyperemesis gravidarum too. Pregnancy may also be complicated with other neurological and cardiac complications.

Venom-spit ophthalmia: A novel envenomation of Monocled Cobra (Naja kaouthia).

Handling venomous snakes poses a significant risk of envenomation. In the case of spitting cobras, additional precautions, like wearing face shields, are necessary to prevent ophthalmic envenomation. Although, the Monocled Cobra (Naja kaouthia) is not a true spitting cobra, however some spitting events has been reported from Northeastern India and Nepal but ocular envenomation is scarce.

Drawing on the resource-based view (RBV) theory, this study focused on finding the interconnection between digital leadership (DL) and competitive performance (CP), as well as the mediating roles of affective commitment (AC) and digital culture (DC), including the moderating effects of strategic agility (SA).
