Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic inflammatory disease with an increasing prevalence worldwide. Naringenin (NAR) has been proven effective in preventing UC, but its mechanism has not been fully elucidated. In this study, network pharmacology and bioinformatics methods are used to screen the genes associated with NAR and UC.

The terpolymer consists of acrylamide, acrylic acid, and hydrophobic monomers, and is used as a hydraulic fracturing fluid thickener for freshwater environments. Hydrophobic groups were introduced into terpolymer to improve its tackiness and temperature resistance.

However, the risk of translating existing evidence into clinical practice is relatively high. We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of animal studies to evaluate the therapeutic effects of alkaloids in treating influenza, providing valuable references for future studies.

However, when applied in ultra-high temperature (UHT) formation environment, its fluid loss control efficiency is significantly declined due to the thermal degradation behavior, and corresponding mechanism study is still lacking. Regarding the above issue, this work synthesized one representative copolymer fluid loss agent PADIM and investigated its thermal degradation mechanism in UHT aqueous environment, which was polymerized by AMPS, N, N-dimethylacrylamide (DMAA), itaconic acid (IA) and methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (MTC).
