Background: In the primary analysis of a phase 3b, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis affecting the scalp (NCT03897088), tildrakizumab, an anti-interleukin-23 p19 antibody, met the primary efficacy endpoint at week 16.

Objective: To evaluate maintenance of tildrakizumab efficacy and safety for the treatment of scalp psoriasis from the week 52 full analysis.

Methods: Patients randomized to tildrakizumab continued receiving tildrakizumab 100 mg every 12 weeks; patients randomized to placebo (analyzed separately) switched to tildrakizumab 100 mg at week 16.

Background: Males are underrepresented in behavioral clinical trials of lifestyle. The aim of this exploratory study was to investigate factors associated with trial interest in males at different stages of recruitment and overall, into a multi-site behavioral trial targeting lifestyle change and remission of the metabolic syndrome. Similar analyses were performed for female participation to investigate the uniqueness or consistency with the findings for males.

Self-insight has been associated with psychological resilience; however, less is understood about the role coping-specific self-insights play in strengthening resilience. This study used a convergent mixed-methods approach to investigate the coping self-insights triggered by self-reflection on coping experiences and their effects on perceived resilience. Australian ministry workers ( = 79) provided up to five qualitative self-reflective workbook entries, and quantitative online self-report survey responses before and six months after training.
