Endometrial cancer (EC) is a worldwide gynecologic malignancies, with a remarking increase of incidence and mortality rates in recent years. Growing evidence indicates that glucose metabolism reprogramming is the most representative metabolic signature of tumor cells and exploring its modulatory function in EC development will promote identifying potential EC therapeutic targets. IGFBP2 is an insulin-like growth factor binding protein which is closely associated with a variety of metabolic diseases.

Exosomes are small endosome-derived extracellular vesicles that participate in cell-cell communication, particularly in the context of tumorigenesis, and their secretion is influenced by the tumor microenvironment. While previous studies suggest that mechanical forces may enhance exosome release, the direct relationship between these forces and exosome secretion needs to be further characterized. Here, we utilized dual-color CD63 reporter-based high-speed live-cell imaging to visualize how mechanical forces influence exosome release in situ.

The function of transmembrane protein 199 (TMEM199) in cancer development has rarely been studied thus far. We report the nuclear localization of the TMEM199 protein and further analyzed the truncated fractions that mediate its nuclear localization. Cut&Tag assay globally explores the nuclear-located TMEM199 functions and tests its influence on the immune checkpoint PD-L1 and .

The potential applications of Bunge seed oil in the food and medical industries are constrained by its susceptible fatty acid composition, which is prone to oxidation. In this study, rice bran protein (RBP) was employed as an emulsifier for the fabrication of Bunge seed oil Pickering emulsion. The impact of antioxidant-phytic acid (PA) on the stability of Pickering emulsion and the underlying mechanisms were further investigated.
