: Urinary incontinence (UI) is the involuntary loss of urine caused by a weakness in the pelvic floor muscles (PFMs) that affects urethral closure. Myostatin, which prevents the growth of muscles, is a protein expressed by human skeletal muscle cells. Indeed, it has been observed that myostatin concentration rises during skeletal muscle inactivity and that suppressing serum myostatin promotes muscle growth and strength.

Herein, we describe the preparation of host-guest systems based on LDHs and rosmarinic and glycyrrhetinic acids, two molecules obtained from the extraction of herbs and licorice root, respectively, with antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties. Intercalation between the lamellae of the mono-deprotonated anions of rosmarinic and glycyrrhetinic acid (RA and GA), alone or in the presence of an alkyl surfactant, allows for readily dispersible systems in biobased polymer matrices such as poly(lactic acid) (PLA), poly(butylene succinate) (PBS), and a 60/40 wt.

The data are complemented by SCUBA-2 data in the submillimetre range, and WISE and data in the mid-infrared. In addition, CO data from the IRAM 30-m Telescope are presented, and used for kinematic information.

Methods: The Reciprocal Attachment Questionnaire (RAQ) was administered to all inpatients and outpatients at a tertiary referral eating disorders unit over a given period of time, and to controls.
The Authors evaluated diagnostic reliability of echotomography in biliary tract lithiasis, reviewing a series of 130 patients (out of 171) who were surgically treated; 30 had proved to be affected with biliary main tract stones. A high rate of false negatives was documented as related to the diagnosis of lithiasis of the main biliary duct.
