A case of primary malignant lymphoma of the spermatic cord in an eighty-nine-year old man is described. The mass simulated a groin hernia and was misdiagnosed elsewhere. The biopsy stated the presence of high malignant centroblastic lymphoma of the spermatic cord.

The tomographic severity of pancreatitis was graded in 5 degrees in accordance with classification reported by Hill. An association of CT findings with objective clinical prognostic signs results in more accurate early identification of patients with a high risk of complications.
