Bed regulation within Brazil's National Health System (SUS) plays a crucial role in managing care for patients in need of hospitalization. In Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, the RegulaRN Leitos Gerais platform was the information system developed to register requests for bed regulation for COVID-19 cases. However, the platform was expanded to cover a range of diseases that require hospitalization.

Premedication reduces adverse effects, such as hypoxia, bradycardia, and pain. The Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Bound aim for this project was to increase premedication use for nonemergent neonatal intubation in a specific NICU from 22% to 80% from March 2021 to May 2023.

This systematic review and meta-analysis aim to identify microRNAs (miRNAs) associated with LNM in BC and evaluate their potential diagnostic and prognostic value. Following PRISMA guidelines, a comprehensive literature search was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, and SCOPUS databases, to assess the role of miRNAs in LNM BC.
