Ovarian non-Hodgkin lymphoma: case study.

A 46-year-old woman presented at Kilkis Hospital with a mass 21.8 cm in diameter originating from the right ovary. Laparotomy was performed and the tumor was identified as a diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
