Background: Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic granulomatous disease which not only affect the skin but can also involve the lymph nodes, eyes, and lungs. Subcutaneous sarcoidosis (SCS), is a rare form of sarcoidosis which is generally more prevalent in women in their 40s and 50s, characterized by subcutaneous, flesh-colored nodules, mostly localized on the limbs.
