We describe a novel syndrome of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding and ovarian estradiol overproduction due to ovarian NET localizations. An extensive workup was performed for 2 index patients with ovarian metastases of small bowel neuroendocrine tumors and symptoms of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.
