[Efficiency of enterosorbents and detoxication mechanisms in immature rats with simulated hepatitis].

Different modifications of fibrous enterosorbent of the ACFM "Dnepr-MN" type exert a normalizing effect on the morphofunctional state of the liver of preadolescent rats with the model of toxic hepatitis. The distortion in the oxidation of lipids with peroxide and in the antioxidizing system protection removed, antitoxic liver function increases, which is confirmed by microsomal oxidation processes. A mediated effect of enterosorbents on the hepatocyte membrane structures is very significant for their detoxication effect.

[The characteristics of treating hypertension with clofelin in pregnant women].

Long-term effective use of clophelin was observed only in 1/3 of pregnant suffering of hypertensive disease. The efficacy of treatment with this drug is determined not so much by its hypotensive action as by its influence on the state of the central hemodynamics. Clophelin may often reduce the minute cardiac volume and thus, deteriorate the uterine-placental blood flow and that is why its use be carried out under meticulous control of the central circulation.

[Disorders of oxygen supply and tissue metabolism and their correction in rats with experimental rickets].

Indices of oxygen supply are studied in preadolescent rats with experimental rachitis. Disturbances in transport, capillary-tissue diffusion and oxygen utilization by tissues of the brain, liver and skeletal muscles correlating with a degree of the rachitis gravity are revealed. It is proved as possible to correct the revealed disturbances while using piracetam and vitamin D3.
