This qualitative study was carried out with 30 high-risk pregnant women from a Brazilian referral service in women's health. The objective was to analyze the perception of participants regarding their condition, emphasizing their psychosocial needs, to deepen the understanding of subjective, relational, and sociocultural aspects associated with high-risk pregnancy. Data were collected through interviews and participant observation and then explored by thematic content analysis.

The meeting was built around three pillars: decision making for introducing a new vaccine, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The increasing number of new vaccines available in a context of competing health priorities warrants transparent and evidence-based decision-making processes for vaccine introduction.

This study aims to assess whether these changes were sustained over time by analyzing VCR trends from 2012 to 2023 in the countries included in the FluCov project.
Methods: Data on influenza VCR from 2012 to 2023 for different age and risk groups were extracted from national health organizations and international sources for countries included in the FluCov project.
