Global impacts of land use on terrestrial carbon emissions since 1850.

Since the Industrial Revolution, significant changes in global land-use patterns have occurred, which have disrupted terrestrial carbon emissions. However, the disturbance processes, change trends, and distribution patterns are not clear. Therefore, the changes in terrestrial carbon emissions (E) caused by land-use change (LUC) since 1850 were analyzed in this study.

In-Plane Bulk Photovoltaic Effect in a MoSe/NbOI Heterojunction for Efficient Polarization-Sensitive Self-Powered Photodetection.

Two-dimensional ferroelectric materials can generate a bulk photovoltaic effect, making them highly promising for self-powered photodetectors. However, their practical application is limited by a weak photoresponse due to a weak transition strength and wide band gap. In this study, we construct a van der Waals heterojunction using NbOI, which has significant in-plane polarization, with a highly absorbing MoSe layer.

Updated Review for Guidelines for Cervical Cancer Screening in Immunosuppressed Women Without HIV Infection.

Objective: The purpose of this review was to examine new evidence since our 2019 guidelines for cervical cancer (CC) screening in non-HIV immunocompromised persons and to provide updated recommendations based on literature review and expert opinion. In addition, human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine efficacy in these populations was reviewed.

Methods: A literature search was performed similar to our previous publication but was conducted through March 2023.
