Objective: The objective was to co-create an information resource in the form of a leaflet, to be distributed in clinical settings, websites or social media targeting people with low back pain.
Methods: This multi-method study was conducted in four stages: literature search, input from practice consultants, program theory development, and think-aloud interviews with people experiencing low back pain. Each stage was followed by a consensus meeting in which the steering group refined the leaflet based on the emerging knowledge.

Purpose: To present results from the trial radiotherapy quality assurance (RTQA) programme of the centres involved in the randomised phase-III PROton versus photon Therapy for esophageal Cancer - a Trimodality strategy (PROTECT)-trial, investigating the clinical effect of proton therapy (PT) vs. photon therapy (XT) for patients with oesophageal cancer.
Materials And Methods: The pre-trial RTQA programme consists of benchmark target and organ at risk (OAR) delineations as well as treatment planning cases, a facility questionnaire and beam output audits.
Background: Triacylglycerol (TAG) plasma excursions after a high-fat meal are blunted after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB), but underlying mechanisms are poorly understood. We studied TAG absorption and metabolism in 12 RYGB-operated individuals and 12 unoperated controls (CON) matched on sex, age, and BMI.
Methods: Participants followed a 7-day controlled diet and on day 4 underwent H-MR Spectroscopy of liver TAG and a high-fat liquid meal with oral and intravenous labeled stable isotope metabolites, subcutaneous abdominal fat biopsies, and indirect calorimetry.
Background: Artificial intelligence (AI) has been deemed revolutionary in medicine; however, no AI tools have been implemented or validated in Danish general practice. General practice in Denmark has an excellent digitization system for developing and using AI. Nevertheless, there is a lack of involvement of general practitioners (GPs) in developing AI.
