Objective: The aim of the research is to study the physical and mechanical parameters of the bases in removable laminar dentures after modification of their surface.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: the studied samples were divided into two groups (group I - acrylic plastics, and group II - acrylic plastics with fullerene С60 nanocoating), 50 samples in each group. The coefficients of water absorption, water solubility, microhardness and deformation characteristics of materials were studied.

Objective: Introduction: The use of ceramic veneers is one of the modern methods of correction of color changes in teeth. The effectiveness of treating dental discoloration with the use of veneers depends on their high-quality fixation on teeth. The aim of the research is to conduct a comparative assessment of the adhesion strength on offset when fixing veneers by various materials and methods.

Objective: Introduction: Oral manifestation of galvanic currents due to the presence of two and more dissimilar metals in dental restorations is rather important in prosthodontics. The aim of our study was to assess the reactions lipid's free radical oxidation and hemocoagulant properties of oral fluid in patients with disorders in oral cavity due to galvanic currents.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study had got some groups.

The most effective method of providing a good fixation of complete dentures is the implantation. The aim of our research was the study of bioelectrical activity of masticatory muscles during the adaptation of patients to complete relatively fixed prosthesis, using rigid fixed abutments and abutments provided cushioning the loss of one of the supporting implants. Studies electromyographic indicators suggest that the process of adaptation to complete relatively fixed prostheses, there is better in patients who use prosthetic latching on implant systems with shock-absorbing abutment.
