Abdominal pseudohernia caused by thoracic disk herniation: case series and review of the literature.

Intervertebral thoracic disk herniation (TDH) is a rare occurrence and presents with a wide variety of symptoms. Errors in diagnosis are thought to be frequent due to the variable clinical presentations. We herein present two unusual cases of TDH presenting with abdominal pseudohernias, abdominal pain, and hypoesthesia along the T11-T12 dermatomes due to TDH at the same level.

Introduction: Mature teratomas, a diverse group of germ cell tumors, rarely present with complications such as rupture.

Case Presentation: We present a case of a 27-year-old male who was admitted to our hospital with acute dyspnea. A tamponade was diagnosed and the patient underwent a pericardial puncture.

Perineal hernia repair with a combined abdominoperineal approach with biologic mesh placement and peritoneal flap reconstruction.

Perineal hernias occur rarely following abdominoperineal resections. No standardized surgical approach exists for treating PH. We herein present the case of a large, symptomatic PH that was repaired with a combined abdominal and perineal approach, with peritoneal flap reconstruction of the pelvic floor and placement of a biological mesh.

Objectives: Enterprise Resource Planning like SAP are software solutions integrating various functional aspects. The study investigates the utilization challenges after the adoption of SAP ERP within a pharmaceutical firm. It is driven by four interrelated objectives: comprehending the operation of the SAP, the motivations behind its implementation, identifying the utilization deficiencies, and examining the relation between deficiencies and implementation challenges.
