Objective: Early-Onset Scoliosis Self-Report Questionnaire (EOSQ-SELF) is a recently developed self-reported questionnaire based on the widely adopted Early-Onset Scoliosis Questionnaire and evaluates health-related quality of life in children with early-onset scoliosis over 8 years of age.
