Bangle pessary: An unusual cause of vesicovaginal fistula.

Vaginal pessaries are commonly used for uterine prolapse. Long forgotten pessaries get incarcerated in the vagina and may erode in the bladder and rectum. We present a unique case of a 60-year-old female patient who presented with dysuria and urge incontinence.
