Infections caused by antibiotic-drug-resistant microorganisms are a major global health concern, and they result in millions of deaths every year. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is one of such drug-resistant microbial strains, and new and effective antimicrobial agents are desperately needed to combat infections caused by MRSA. In the search for effective anti-MRSA agents, the leaves of Citrus grandis (Rutaceae), also known as C.

While acupuncture offers promising potential as a complementary treatment, its acceptance and integration into standard medical care for cnLBP remains inconsistent. This study investigated the predictors of acupuncture referral for cnLBP using the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB).

This study aims to reduce helminthic infection by increasing awareness and knowledge through school nurse-led health education among primary schoolchildren in Bangladesh.
Materials And Methods: This was a prospective, open-label, parallel-group (1:1), cluster non-randomized controlled trial conducted on 5- to 12-year-old school-going children from September 2021 to September 2022 in rural Bangladesh.
The present study focuses on the ground state mechanical, acoustic, thermodynamic and electronic transport properties of NaSbS polymorphs using the density functional theory (DFT) and semi-classical Boltzmann transport theory. The mechanical stability of the polymorphs is affirmed by the calculated elastic tensor. The calculated elastic properties asserted that all the polymorphs exhibit soft, brittle, anisotropic nature containing dominant covalent bonding.

Wet markets are key in many Asian settings, including Dhaka, Bangladesh, for fresh food, including animal protein.
Methods: During early 2022, we assessed the prevalence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in a random sample of poultry and vegetable workers in 15 wet markets, and investigated associations with socio-demographic characteristics and COVID-19 vaccination.
