The paper is concerned with a study into the mechanisms of rhythmic sensorimotor activity (RSMA) using a "Ritmotest" device. The authors demonstrate potentialities of the device in determining the grade of automation of RSMA skill, which is presented as a process of the control conversion from the external feedback to the internal one. The conversion in question is realized with an output of a sensory standard at a given time interval.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFThe article is devoted to the investigation of actual at present problem of incongruent pain in patients with spine osteochondrosis. 26 patients with congruent and 24 patients with incongruent pain, intensity and localization of which did not correspond to organic disturbances, have been examined. The results of comparison of two groups demonstrated involvement of central mechanisms, namely physiologic, in the pain syndrome formation in patients with incongruent pain.
