Background And Importance: Prolonged emergency medical services' response times (EMS-RT) are associated with poorer outcomes in out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA). The patient access time interval (PATI), from vehicle stop until contact with patient, may be increased in areas with low socioeconomic status (SES).

Objectives: The objective of this study is to identify predictors of prolonged EMS-RT intervals, and to evaluate associations with clinical outcomes in OHCAs occurring in the largest metropolitan area in France.

This research explores the engagement of player-facing casino employees with GameSense, a responsible gambling (RG) program, and referral of players to GameSense. We surveyed 280 employees across three casinos in Massachusetts that use this RG program as part of their RG strategy. We found that although most player-facing casino employees were aware of GameSense, slightly over half visited a GameSense Information Center, and about two-thirds interacted with a GameSense Advisor.

Objective: The Government of Canada legalized recreational cannabis use in October of 2018 with the implementation of the . The act aimed to reduce the illicit cannabis market, improve consumer health outcomes, and reduce youth access to cannabis. However, little is known about the attitudes and behaviors of young adults, who have been shown to have a high prevalence of cannabis use, towards cannabis after legalization.
