Edible Coating Based on Alginate Nanoparticles Containing Menthol and Essential Oil: Effect on the Shelf Life of Chicken Thigh in the Refrigerator.

Chicken thigh is a popular and widely consumed meat product. However, its high moisture content and susceptibility to microbial spoilage limit its shelf life. To address this issue, we investigated the efficacy of an edible coating based on alginate nanoparticles (AlgNPs) containing menthol, essential oil (EO), or their combination for extending the shelf life of chicken thigh.

Fabrication of Cu@Ag core-shell/nafion/polyalizarin: Applications to simultaneous electrocatalytic oxidation and reduction of nitrite in water samples.

In this study, a Cu@Ag core-shell was synthesized using a co-precipitation method. To create a new electrochemical sensor, a Cu@Ag core-shell with conductive polymers such as polyalizarin yellow R (PA) and Nafion (Nf) was immobilized on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (Cu@Ag-Nf/PA/GCE). X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) techniques were employed to characterize the Cu@Ag-Nf/PA/GCE.

T1-contrast enhanced MRI generation from multi-parametric MRI for glioma patients with latent tumor conditioning.

Background: Gadolinium-based contrast agents (GBCAs) are commonly used in MRI scans of patients with gliomas to enhance brain tumor characterization using T1-weighted (T1W) MRI. However, there is growing concern about GBCA toxicity. This study develops a deep-learning framework to generate T1-postcontrast (T1C) from pre-contrast multiparametric MRI.

The evolving trajectory of conjunction use in the ELT research articles.

The present study was aimed at a diachronic investigation of conjunction as a grammatical cohesive device in ELT research articles. A total number of 100 research articles concentrating on teaching writing skills in the EFL context, and were released in two extremes of 1980-82 and 2020-22 were selected. The caution was taken to choose the papers which were written by expert English writers.
