Objective: This study investigated the effects of a single dose injection of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) under ultrasound guidance for knee osteoarthritis (KOA).

Design: The study included 30 subjects in the intervention group, who received the MSC injection and 27 in the control group who received triamcinolone. Various outcome measures, including pain levels, range of motion (ROM), and MRI parameters, were evaluated before the intervention and at different time points after treatment.

Background: Treatment of Primary metatarsal aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) with curettage and bone grafting unfortunately has a high recurrence rate, particularly in short tubular bones. This study presents a 16-year experience treating ABCs in the bones of the foot at an orthopaedic oncology referral center. Treatment involved en bloc resection and reconstruction of the defect with fibular allograft in all cases.

Purpose: To report a case of adult-onset asthma and periocular xanthogranuloma (AAPOX) in a patient with intermediate uveitis and a history of Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL).

Case Report: A 51-year-old man with a past medical history of HL presented with blurred vision, asthma, and bilateral yellowish eyelid lesions. The eyelid lesions and asthma appeared 10 years after being diagnosed with HL.
