We report a rare case of urinary bladder neuroendocrine tumour (NET) in a young, non-smoking man. He had no known risk factors and no comorbidities. After being diagnosed with a bladder tumour while being investigated for flank pain and poor renal function, he was treated with transurethral resection of the bladder tumour and deroofing of ureters bilaterally.

T2 weighted, T1 fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR), T2 FLAIR, susceptibility weighted imaging, constructive interference in steady state, diffusion weighted imaging, and T1 weighted contrast sequences were performed.
This study analyzes 2022 data from SAMHSA's Mental Health Client-Level Data (MH-CLD) to investigate ADHD prevalence and comorbidity. The findings reveal that 10.70% of the 5,899,698 patients were diagnosed with ADHD, indicating a high demand for targeted resources.
