While platelet indices have shown promise in indicating CRC aggressiveness, a platelet index-based predictor for CRC staging has not been established in Indonesia. We present a unique case of posttraumatic unilateral CCF initially misdiagnosed as a corneal melt with iris prolapse and orbital cellulitis. The patient, a 25-year-old male, experienced swelling, bleeding, and sudden vision loss in the affected eye following a fall.

- The study analyzed risk factors for biochemical recurrence (BCR) after robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) using data from patients treated between 2018 and 2020, excluding those with certain complications or missing data.
- Results indicated that the International Society of Urological Pathologists (ISUP) grade is a strong predictor for BCR, particularly for higher grades, while pT3b stage also significantly predicted BCR in patients with advanced tumors.
- The findings conclude that ISUP grade and tumor stage are critical risk factors for BCR after RARP, with additional emphasis on the significance of positive surgical margins in pT2 cases and the pT3b substage in pT3 cases.
Aim: This systematic review was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the effects of root-end sealers in endodontic re-treatment cases and comparing calcium-based sealers with sealers, which were resin-based.
Methodology: We conducted this review based on the principles of Cochrane systematic type of studies and also based on guidelines of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). An exhaustive search was conducted across PubMed, Medline, and Embase databases for the studies, which were based on root end sealers in cases of endodontic re-treatments.
Objective: To report the incidence of malignancy in gynaecological organs removed during radical cystectomy (RC).
Patients And Methods: A retrospective multicentre study of 1600 RCs at three high-volume institutions between January 2009 and March 2022 was performed. Pathological findings in gynaecological organs in female RC specimens were reviewed.
