(1) Background: Water drinking is essential to reduce obesity in children, but effective means for implementation remain controversial. Our study assesses students' and teachers' use of and attitudes towards drinking fountains in two urban secondary schools. (2) Methods: In a cross-sectional study, answers from students and teachers to a 28- and 19-item questionnaire, respectively, containing closed- and open-ended questions and short interviews with the schools' two principals were described and analysed using the question-specific number of responses as the denominator.

Exams that contain questions related to previously acquired knowledge ('retrieval practice questions') may promote retrieval practice and spaced learning, and subsequently prevent knowledge loss. To investigate this hypothesis, we compare the score of retrieval practice questions to regular questions in exams of a two-year (bio)medical study program.

Methods: A nationwide retrospective study based on the German National Register for Congenital Heart Disease was performed. Patients with transposition of the great arteries after atrial switch operation or congenitally corrected TGA were included.
Rationale, Aims And Objectives: The physician assistant (PA) is trained to perform clinical tasks traditionally performed by medical doctors (MDs). Previous research showed no difference in the level of clinical skills of PAs compared with MDs in a specific niche, that is the specialty in which they are employed. However, MDs as well as PAs working within a specialty have to be able to recognize medical problems in the full scope of medicine.

Using a panel of 9 peroxidase labelled lectins, several different lectin binding sites were demonstrated on the larvae. Fixed miracidia have binding sites for 7 of the lectins; wheat-germ agglutinin binds to both the ciliated plates and the tegumental ridges between them; the other 6 lectins bind to the plates only.
