Background: This study aimed to develop a machine-learning-based predictive model to identify adolescents at high risk of depression using longitudinal analysis to determine changes in risk factors over time.
Methods: This longitudinal study used 4 years of data from the Korea Child and Youth Panel Survey (2018-2021). The classification of high-risk depression was the outcome variable, with predictors categorized into general characteristics and personal, family, and school factors.
Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a devastating X-linked disorder caused by dystrophin gene mutations. Despite recent advances in understanding the disease etiology and applying emerging treatment methodologies, glucocorticoid derivatives remain the only general therapeutic option that can slow disease development. However, the precise molecular mechanism of glucocorticoid action remains unclear, and there is still need for additional remedies to complement the treatment.

However, the extensive use of imidacloprid has led to widespread resistance across Asia in many pest populations. Bioassay results demonstrated significant resistance in N.

Metabolism plays a key role in T cell function, shaping their energy requirements, activation, and differentiation. Recent studies highlight altered metabolic signaling as a pivotal factor in T cell aging, influencing the ability of T cells to maintain quiescence, respond to activation, and differentiate into functional subsets.
