Background: Limited large-scale, real-world data exist on the prevalence and clinical impact of discordance between fractional flow reserve (FFR) and nonhyperemic pressure ratios (NHPRs).
Methods: The J-PRIDE registry (Clinical Outcomes of Japanese Patients With Coronary Artery Disease Assessed by Resting Indices and Fractional Flow Reserve: A Prospective Multicenter Registry) prospectively enrolled 4304 lesions in 3200 patients from 20 Japanese centers. The lesions were classified into FFR+/NHPR-, FFR-/NHPR+, FFR+/NHPR+, or FFR-/NHPR groups according to cutoff values of 0.
2-Amino-4-arylazulene derivatives were prepared from 8-aryl-2-cyclohepta[]furan-2-ones, which were converted into 6-aryl-7-naphth[3,2,1-]azulen-7-ones through a several step process. The reaction of 8-aryl-2-cyclohepta[]furan-2-ones bearing an ester group at the 3-position with malononitrile in the presence of triethylamine afforded 2-amino-4-arylazulenes. The prepared 2-amino-4-arylazulenes were converted to the corresponding 2-chloro derivatives by the Sandmeyer reaction, which were subsequently transformed into 2,4-diarylazulenes by Suzuki-Miyaura coupling with various aryl boronic acids.

Methods: Two hundred and fifty-five subjects with LDD who received surgical treatment at our hospital between April 2019 and March 2022. Acute pain trajectory was measured using a pain trajectory calculator to determine an approximate line using the linear least squares method based on pain intensity on postoperative days 1, 3, 5, and 7.
Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) offers a solution, especially for high-risk aortic stenosis (AS) patients. However, patient outcomes post-TAVR show variability, highlighting the need for reliable prognostic indicators. Brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV), a measure of arterial stiffness, may predict outcomes post-TAVR.
