Treatment results of 44 cases of myocardial infarction with ST segment elevation were analyzed. Patients were divided in 2 groups. The first group (n=21) received the transcutaneous coronary intervention with the use of catheters for rheolythic thrombectomy.

The study represents the retrospective analysis of major intestinal resections (the length of the left in olace bowel less then 200 sm) and non-major resections in 52 patients operated on the acute mesenterial thrombosis. Major bowel resection was performed in 30 patients (57.7%).

Frequency of venous thromboses and thromboembolic complications was retrospectively analyzed in 95 patients with intracranial hemorrhage of various etiology. Thrombosis of inferior caval vessels was registered in 19 (20%) patients; of them 3 patients had thromboembolism of a pulmonary artery, lethal in one case. The high frequency of venous thromboses indicates the necessity of early use of anticoagulants in treatment dosages and importance of the prophylaxis measures.

Short and long-term results of endovascular treatment of true bifurcational coronary stenosis were analyzed in 229 patients. 68 patients received a "provisional-T" stenting on the first stage of the study. On the next stage 40 patients received the same "provisional-T" stenting, a total bifurcational stenting was conducted in 37 patients.

Spectral analysis of radiofrequency data obtained at intravascular ultrasound study allows to carry out more detailed analysis and morphological assessment of plaque components. In the course of preliminary investigations in vitro 4 types of reflected signals were revealed. According to results of spectral analysis of radiofrequency data these signals correspond to histological plaque components.
