[The treatment of patients with complications of liver cirrhosis at the decompensation stage].

Experience of mini-invasive interventions in 180 patients with hepatic cirrhosis (HC), complicated by portal hypertension syndrome in decompensation stage was summarized. High risk of laparotomy in this patients made its conduction impossible. Mini-invasive interventions included the truncus coeliacus branches embolization, peritoneovenous shunting, endoscopic sclerotherapy of esophageal varicose veins.
