[Differential diagnosis and treatment of complex renal cysts detected by ultrasound screening of the abdominal cavity organs].

Ultrasound screening of the abdominal cavity organs was performed in 98 patients, and renal cysts were revealed in 31 patientsare. 11 (26,6%) of 31 patients had renal cysts with complex structure. In 4 patients, complex cysts were located in parapelvic zone, in 7 patients - in different parts of the renal parenchyma.

[Using prostaglandin inhibitor dicloberl in patients with ureteral calculi].

75 patients have been given prostaglandin inhibitor dicloberl in a complex therapy. Comparative analysis of traditionally treated patients with renal stones and with dicloberl in a complex therapy is presented in the article. The combination of dicloberl with tramadol was found to be more effective drug treatment for patients with renal colic.

[The incidence, features of the course, and treatment of arterial hypertension in patients with prostate hyperplasia].

In 144 middle-aged and elderly male subjects with benign prostate hyperplasia, a study was made into incidence and course features of concomitant arterial hypertension (AH). AH has been proved to be encountered in 144 percent of patients with benign hyperplasia of the prostate. It has been ascertained that in 84% of patients, irritative and obstructive symptoms related to benign hyperplasia of the prostate adversely affect the course of concomitant arterial hypertension.

[Drug therapy of spastic disorder of urine outflow in patients with spinal injury and spinal cord injury].

A study was made of efficiency of medicamentous correction of a spastic disorder of outflow of urine from the bladder in 42 patients with dull trauma of the spinal column and marrow. The use in the above patients of cardura alpha 1-adrenoblocker permits restoring a spastic disorder of urine outflow in a 10-day period after the trauma sustained in 82 percent of patients. Shortening the time of a spastic disorder of urine outflow in patients with trauma of the spinal column and cord we allow the frequency of development of the infectious inflammatory process in organs of the urogenitary system to be substantially reduced.

[Acute pyelonephritis associated with intestinal dysbacteriosis: incidence and enhancement of efficiency of treatment].

A study was made on the incidence rate of acute pyelonephritis associated with intestinal dysbacteriosis in urological patients (n = 68). Prehospitalization and precombined-treatment duration of the illness came up to one to four days. It has been ascertained as a result of the conducted study that under present ecological conditions, acute pyelonephritis runs its course in the presence in patients of dysbacteriosis of the intestines even before the start of treatment in an urological clinic setting.
