Introduction: Tuberculosis (TB) poses a significant threat to global health, with millions of new infections and approximately one million deaths annually. Various modeling efforts have emerged, offering tailored data-driven and physiologically-based solutions for novel and historical compounds. However, this diverse modeling panorama may lack consistency, limiting result comparability.

Although GCs decrease bone functionality, their role in bone microvasculature is incompletely understood. Herein, the study investigates the mechanisms of bone microvascular barrier function via osteoblast-endothelial interactions in response to GCs.

This study employs a Bayesian approach to evaluate TBL cancer mortality due to air pollution in Tuscany, Central Italy, in 2023. Using locally validated data, we assessed the impact of fine particulate matter (PM and PM) and nitrogen dioxide (NO) in terms of attributable deaths and years of life lost (YLL).

The G protein-coupled bile acid receptor (TGR5) is a membrane receptor mediating effects of bile acid and is implicated in kidney diseases. The current study aims to investigate whether TGR5 activation in the kidney regulated ENaC expression and potential mechanism.

RSM01 is a novel, highly-potent, half-life-extended and fully-human monoclonal antibody candidate targeting the RSV prefusion F protein. Currently in Phase 1 development, RSM01 is primarily being developed to potentially provide an effective and affordable RSV prevention strategy in low- and middle-income countries.
