[The possibilities of surgical and combined treatment of patients with locally-disseminated renal cell carcinoma].

A comparative analysis of surgical and combined treatment of renal carcinoma in 84 patients has shown that preoperative embolization of the renal arteries failed to reduce blood loss and duration of operation, failed to increase recurrence-free period and 3 to 5 years survival of the patients.
