Endometriosis is a common gynecologic condition that causes chronic life-altering symptoms including pain, infertility, and elevated cancer risk. There is an urgent need for new non-hormonal targeted therapeutics to treat endometriosis, but until very recently, the cellular and molecular signatures of endometriotic lesions were undefined, severely hindering the development of clinical advances. Integrating inherited risk data from analyses of >450,000 individuals with ∼350,000 single cell transcriptomes from 21 patients, we uncover M2-macrophages as candidate drivers of disease susceptibility, and nominate IL1 signaling as a central hub impacted by germline genetic variation associated with endometriosis.

We recently developed a galvanostatic maximum power point output (MPPT) algorithm for high-hysteresis perovskite solar cells (PSCs), enabling continuous and precise power tracking. Here, we present a protocol for assembling the tracker, implementing the algorithm on a microcontroller, and conducting JV scans and stabilized output power (SOP) or traditional perturb and observe (P&O) tracking for small-area photovoltaic cells. We also describe steps for collecting, storing, and plotting data and explain the device's operational modes and functions.

Unlabelled: The QIAstat-Dx BCID Panels (RUO) ("QIAstat," QIAGEN, Hilden, Germany) for identification of 13 Gram-negative bacteria and 18 antimicrobial resistance (AMR) gene groups was evaluated. The study was conducted in two phases; in phase 1, analytical performance was evaluated against 154 challenge isolates against whole genome sequencing data. In this phase, sensitivity and specificity of organism identification calls were 153/154 (99.

Millicharged particles appear in several extensions of the standard model, but have not yet been detected. These hypothetical particles could be produced by an intense proton beam striking a fixed target. We use data collected in 2020 by the SENSEI experiment in the MINOS cavern at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory to search for ultrarelativistic millicharged particles produced in collisions of protons in the NuMI beam with a fixed graphite target.
