Background: Propofol is commonly used for pediatric MRIs to minimize patient movement. At our institution, intensivists typically administer a prophylactic 20 ml/kg saline bolus to maintain blood pressure (BP) during propofol sedation. This quality improvement project assessed whether a 10 ml/kg and a completely eliminated saline bolus are as effective as the standard 20 ml/kg bolus in completing pediatric propofol sedation and maintaining Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP).

Ginsenoside Rh2(S) is well-known for its therapeutic potential against diverse conditions, including some cancers, inflammation, and diabetes. The enzymatic activity of uridine diphosphate glycosyltransferase 51 (UGT51) from Saccharomyces cerevisiae plays a pivotal role in the glycosylation process between UDP-glucose (donor) and protopanaxadiol (acceptor), to form ginsenoside Rh2. However, the catalytic efficiency of the UGT51 has remained a challenging task.

Background: Blending controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer (CRNF) with ordinary nitrogen fertilizer (ONF) is a strategic approach to improve winter wheat nutrient management. This blend provides nitrogen (N) to winter wheat in a balanced and consistent manner, ensuring long-term growth, reducing nutrient loss due to leaching or volatilization, and increasing N use efficiency (NUE).

Aims: CRNF aims to enhance N application suitability, optimizes soil nutrient dynamics, and its widespread use can boost crop NUE and yield.

In the field of agriculture, particularly within the context of machine learning applications, quality datasets are essential for advancing research and development. To address the challenges of identifying different mango leaf types and recognizing the diverse and unique characteristics of mango varieties in Bangladesh, a comprehensive and publicly accessible dataset titled "BDMANGO" has been created. This dataset includes images essential for research, featuring six mango varieties: Amrapali, Banana, Chaunsa, Fazli, Haribhanga, and Himsagar, which were collected from different locations.
