Introduction: Neuregulin 1 (NRG1) gene fusion was detected in a wide range of carcinomas. It is most frequently present in lung adenocarcinomas, especially in KRAS and BRAF wild-type cases.
Purpose: We present a newly described diverse group of NRG1 rearranged carcinomas.

Background: Chondrosarcomas of the small bones of the hands and feet are uncommon and account for less than 2% of all chondrosarcomas in the skeleton; a 4.2% rate of malignant degeneration of enchondromas to secondary chondrosarcomas has been reported. During examination for intermittent esotropia of the right eye was diagnosed not only hypermetropia, astigmatism and anisometropia, but also pigmented changes in peripheral retrolental space of both eyes. Clinical examination under general anaesthesia revealed bilateral multiple pigmented immobile vitreous cysts.
