Ampullary composite gangliocytoma/neuroma and neuroendocrine tumor (CoGNET), previously called ampullary gangliocytic paragangliomas, is a rare entity, with only few reported cases in the literature. This is a multicentric retrospective cohort study of patients treated with endoscopy or surgery for ampullary CoGNET. A literature review of ampullary CoGNET was also performed.

Despite the use of bile duct biopsies and brush cytology via endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography (ERCP), the results remain suboptimal. Single-operator cholangioscopy can enhance the diagnostic yield in BS, but its limited availability and high costs are substantial barriers.

We present the largest retrospective comparative study analysing EP and TSA.
Design: Of all patients in the database, lesions with prior interventions, benign histology advanced malignancy (T2 and more), patients with hereditary syndromes and those undergoing pancreatoduodenectomy were excluded.
Background: Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) still has a relatively high complication rate, underscoring the importance of high-quality training. Despite existing guidelines, real-world data on training conditions remain limited. This pan-European survey aims to systematically explore the perceptions surrounding ERCP training.
