Objective: The three-level and five-level child-friendly versions (EQ-5D-Y) are widely employed for assessing health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in children. However, their effectiveness in asthma remains understudied. We aimed to assess their psychometric properties in asthmatic children.

Background And Objectives: 'Caregiver health spillovers' refer to the broader impacts of an individual's illness and interventions on informal caregivers' health and well-being. This study focuses on the spillover effects experienced by parental carers of children with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), aiming to compare the psychometric properties of the EQ-5D-5L and the experimental EQ Health and Wellbeing Short version (EQ-HWB-S) in capturing these effects.

Methods: A longitudinal study was conducted with 861 parental carers of children aged 0-18 years with COVID-19 and 231 parents of healthy children as the control group.

Background: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a progressive condition affecting more than 800 million individuals worldwide. Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) are questionnaires aimed at evaluating patients' experiences with healthcare received. Given that CKD management often involves continuous treatments, capturing patient experiences can guide improvements in care that align with patients' preferences, making PREMS a relevant tool in CKD management.

Five complexes of gallium derived from hydroxamic acids have been synthesised, characterised, and their anti-bacterial activity and mammalian cell toxicity established. These are three metal-organic complexes; [Ga(BPHA)] 1, [Ga(BHA-)] 2, [Ga(SHA-)(SHA-)] 3, and two heteroleptic organometallic complexes [GaMe(BPHA)] 4, and [GaMe(BHA-)] 5, along with the iron complex [Fe(BPHA)] 6 (BPHA-H = -benzoyl--phenylhydroxamic acid, BHA-H = phenylhydroxamic acid, and SHA-H = salicylhydroxamic acid). Solid-state structures of 1, 4-6 were identified by single-crystal X-ray crystallography.

Background: The EQ-5D-Y is a generic preference-weighted measure for children and adolescents which was developed within Europe. Two versions exist, the EQ-5D-Y-3L (Y-3L) and EQ-5D-Y-5L (Y-5L). This study aimed to cross-culturally adapt the Y-3L and Y-5L for use in Singapore and to assess the content validity, specifically, the relevance and comprehensiveness of the EQ-5D-Y descriptive system (DS) in Asia.
