Background: Methamphetamine abuse is a public health problem across the world, and the cardiovascular system experiences a significant effect on the myocardium over time. Methamphetamine is a common cause of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). The prevalence and risk factors for HFpEF and HFrEF in this patient population remain unclear.

A key issue is the rapid recombination of charge carriers, which significantly limits the light-harvesting ability of materials like BiOCl and Cu2SnS3 quantum dots (CTS QDs), despite the faster charge mobility and quantum confinement effect, respectively. Herein, a BiOCl/CTS (BCTS) heterostructure was synthesized by loading CTS QDs onto BiOCl 2D nanosheets (NSs), that demonstrated excellent photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation.

Physicians play a vital role in promoting vaccination, yet their intentions and influencing factors are not well understood.
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study from June to October 2022 across four tertiary-level hospitals in Bangladesh using a questionnaire grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB).
Background: TCP proteins are plant-specific transcription factors that play essential roles in various developmental processes, including leaf morphogenesis and senescence, flowering, lateral branching, hormone crosstalk, and stress responses. However, a comprehensive analysis of genome-wide TCP genes and their expression patterns in melon is yet to be done.
Objective: The present study aims to identify and analyze the TCP genes in the melon genome and understand their putative functions.
