Objective: To evaluate the indications and methods of termination of pregnancy (TOP) and to identify maternal complications that occur during TOP.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study was conducted at a single tertiary center with a total of 231 patients who underwent TOP from April 2019 to March 2023. The patients were divided into two groups based on gestational age at the time of TOP and the presence of complications.

Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the descriptive outcomes of 38 prenatally suspected clubfoot cases.
Methods: This is a retrospective cohort study conducted in Ankara Bilkent City Hospital's perinatology clinic. All consecutive cases with the diagnosis of fetal clubfoot between 2020 and 2023 were included.
Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the ultrasonographic characteristics and outcomes of fetuses with atypical and non-visualized fetal gallbladder in our tertiary care hospital.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on cases in which the fetal gallbladder was not visualized or exhibited atypical characteristics at our institution over a four-year period. The patients were divided into two groups: absent gallbladder and atypical gallbladder.
Objective: To evaluate the association of the Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index (SII), Systemic Immune-Response Index (SIRI), and Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) with Cesarean Scar Pregnancy (CSP) METHODS: This prospective case-control study was conducted in Ankara City Hospital perinatology clinic between 2022 and 2023. The diagnosis of CSP was made by transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound. NLR, SII, and SIRI values were compared between those diagnosed with CSP (n=23) and healthy pregnancies (n=126) at the time of first admission.
