Introduction: Elevated levels of low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) is a significant risk factor for the development of cardiovascular diseases (CVD)s. Furthermore, studies have revealed an association between indices of the complete blood count (CBC) and dyslipidemia. We aimed to investigate the relationship between CBC parameters and serum levels of LDL.

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of hydroalcoholic extract of this plant's fruit on superficial digital flexor tendon repair in rabbits (SDFT).
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune disease with an unknown etiology. The purpose of this research was to assess miR-223, miR-146a, and miR-193a in acute and chronic phases of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) mice to consider the possible role of these genes in the pathogenesis of MS. EAE induction was given by myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein peptide on female C57BL/6 mice.

Materials And Methods: The liposomal formulation of was optimized through the utilization of transmission electron microscopy (TEM), particle size analysis, zeta potential measurement, and UV-visible spectrophotometry.
Polymorphisms in the melanocortin 4 receptor (MC4R) gene with occurrence and progression of chronic diseases such as obesity and cardiovascular disease (CVD) have long been addressed but there is a lack of evidence for complex interrelationships, including direct and indirect effects of these variables. This review specifically focuses on studying the effects of healthy diet interaction and MC4R polymorphisms on the development of CVD. The quantity and quality of carbohydrates and proteins consumed are related to obesity susceptibility and cardiometabolic risk factors.
