Analysis of Implementation Strategies for Nationwide HPV Vaccination Programs Across European Union Countries.

Background/objectives: Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination programs play a critical role in the primary prevention of HPV-related diseases, including cervical cancer. However, the principles governing the implementation of these programs vary across European Union (EU) countries. The objective of this study was to analyze and compare the strategies for implementing HPV vaccination programs across the EU, with a focus on access, vaccine selection, and procurement processes.

Disease-specific complaints among multiple myeloma patients treated with chemotherapy, autotransplantation and supportive therapy in Poland: a cross-sectional study.

Due to its course, multiple myeloma may negatively affect the functioning of patients. Different treatment methods are also associated with patients' varying perception of their health condition. The purpose of this study is to determine the disease-specific complaints among multiple myeloma patients during selected treatment methods-chemotherapy, autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and supportive therapy.

Improved functional status from people with disabilities discharged from day medical care homes from 2017-2023 in Poland.

This study aimed to assess changes in the functional status of 956 patients with disabilities covered by day care in Day Medical Care Homes in Poland between 2017 and 2023. Medical records (admission reports and discharge reports) of patients admitted to seven Day Medical Care Homes managed by the Medical and Diagnostic Centre (Poland) were analyzed. The functional status of the patients was assessed using the Barthel Index and the Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) tool.

A Cross-Sectional Survey to Identify Sociodemographic Factors Associated with the Frequency of Urinalysis in a Representative Sample of Adults in Poland, 2024.

A general urine test is considered one of the basic diagnostic tests using in healthcare. This study aimed to analyze sociodemographic factors associated with the frequency of urine testing in Poland. This cross-sectional survey was conducted using computer-assisted web interviewing (CAWI) between 1 March and 4 March 2024.

The impact of the new model of day care on the mental health status and cognitive functions of patients with disabilities treated in day medical care homes in Poland, 2017-2023.

Introduction: Day Medical Care Home is a care and treatment institution providing day care services for people with disabilities (mainly older adults), implemented in Poland since 2015. This study aimed to analyze the impact of the new model of day care on the mental health status and cognitive functions of older adults with disabilities treated in Day Medical Care Homes in Poland, 2017-2023.

Methods: Admission and discharge reports of 949 patients treated in Day Medical Care Homes between 2017 and 2023 were analyzed.
