Unlabelled: Cardamom mosaic virus causing mosaic/ disease is the most destructive virus infecting cardamom. The development of effective diagnostic assays is essential for the production of virus-free plants, as the primary spread of the virus occurs through vegetative propagation. Currently used PCR-based assays are not suitable for Point-of-Care testing, require sophisticated equipment, and are time-consuming.

However, there is a lack of comprehensive data from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) regarding factors influencing COPD outcomes, particularly in regions where biomass exposure is prevalent.
Objective: The Factors Affecting Survival in Severe and Very Severe COPD Patients Admitted to Tertiary Centers of India (FAST) study aims to address this gap by evaluating factors impacting survival and exacerbation rates among COPD patients in LMICs like India, with a specific focus on biomass exposure, clinical phenotypes, and nutritional status in patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Unlabelled: Large cardamom chirke virus (LCCV) causing disease of large cardamom is a major production constraint of this crop. Rapid and accurate detection of LCCV is important for managing the disease. In the present study an isothermal assay namely, reverse transcriptase-recombinase polymerase amplification (RT-RPA) was developed for the detection of LCCV.

In this review, we discussed the implications of TSLP, RXR, the role of STAT5-activating cytokines, and IL-33/NH-cell signaling pathways, and recent clinical evidence on TSLP blockers in steroid-resistant asthma. We have searched several public databases such as Pubmed, Scopus, and Relemed and obtained information pertinent to the TSLP, RXR, TSLP blockers, the STAT5-activating cytokines, and IL-33.
