[Warthin's tumors with atypical location].

This article addresses etiology, pathogenesis and histology of papillary cystadenoma lymphomatosum (Warthin's tumor). Described are two cases of tumors with this histopathological characteristics with unusual locations. The first patient presented with a discrete lesion located in the nasopharynx, and the second with multiple post-infectious nodules located in the parotid glands bilaterally.
