Purpose: This study quantitatively assesses the relationship between DNP-NP staffing levels and hospital quality and cost outcomes using major datasets.
To identify the oral health needs of foster children and barriers to dental care perceived by caregivers in North Carolina. Based on a semi-structured questionnaire, interviews were completed via video conferencing platform. Interviews were audio-recorded and transcribed, and descriptive thematic analysis was conducted via MAXQDA software to derive recurring themes from the data.

Purpose Of The Review: This review summarises high-level evidence for fan therapy and adds a commentary on the relatively-neglected question of how to optimise benefits based on qualitative evidence, clinical experience and broader research and theory.
Recent Findings: Recent high-level evidence suggests the fan reduces time to recovery from episodic breathlessness rather than reduces daily levels over a longer period. Lower grade evidence suggests the fan can also help people increase their physical activity.

Autocratic governments around the world use clandestine propaganda campaigns to influence the media. We document a decade-long trend in China toward the planting of government-authored articles in party and commercial newspapers. To examine this phenomenon, we develop an approach to identifying scripted propaganda-the coerced reprinting of lightly adapted government-authored articles in newspapers-that leverages the footprints left by the government when making media interventions.
