[Alternative to donor organs--the method of cultivation from fragments of tissues of "new organs" in an organism of the recipient].

A method of "new liver" growing inside of the recipients' organism as an alternative of the donor organs is presented. Experiments were carried out on the 90 Wistar rats. Animals were divided into 3 equal groups.

[Effect of exogenous factors on clinical features of initial disorders in adolescent schizophrenia].

Using clinical and experimental-psychological methods (a method of fixed orientation), the authors have studied 34 adolescents with continuous schizophrenia whose manifestation was attended by some exogenic factors (psychogenies, somatogenies, tox-infectious, and cranial traumas). The results obtained indicate some complications of psychopathological disturbances at the initial stage, manifesting in their marked acuteness, extension of the polymorphic spectrum and inclusion of heteronomous formations uncharacteristic of schizophrenia. A group of heteronomous manifestations should include sensorium disorders, pronounced emotional lability, general cerebral impairments, episodes of visual illusions and hallucinations, etc.

[Uniqueness of certain structural personality prerequisites in schizophrenia].

The authors mark the following peculiarities of the fixated set in schizophrenia: inertness (in a continuous course); a lability (in acute manifestations of psychoses and in a recurrent course); a variability (in cases of child and adolescent schizophrenia). In terminal cases and in cases of apathic-aboulic syndrome the excitibility level is considerably lowered. The results of a study with the aid of TAT (Murray's Thematic Apperception Test and Rorschach's tests) also depend upon the age of the patients, the form and type of development and the stage of the disease.
