Objective: Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) outcomes are important in making clinical and policy decisions. This study aimed to examine the HRQoL reporting in cancer drug trials leading to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approvals.
Methods And Analysis: This retrospective cohort study analysed HRQoL data for trials leading to FDA approvals between July 2015 and May 2020.
On 3 October 2023, a multihazard cascade in the Sikkim Himalaya, India, was triggered by 14.7 million m of frozen lateral moraine collapsing into South Lhonak Lake, generating an ~20 m tsunami-like impact wave, breaching the moraine, and draining ~50 million m of water. The ensuing Glacial Lake Outburst Flood (GLOF) eroded ~270 million m of sediment, which overwhelmed infrastructure, including hydropower installations along the Teesta River.

We observed in hypoxia-exposed mice an increase in resident interstitial macrophages, which expanded through proliferation and expressed the monocyte recruitment ligand CCL2. We also observed an increase in CCR2+ macrophages through recruitment, which express the protein thrombospondin-1 that functionally activates TGF-beta to cause vascular disease.

The transformation of the planar structures of 2DLMs into complex 3D shapes is a key strategic step toward creating conformal biointerfaces with cells and applying them as scaffolds to simultaneously guide their growth to tissues and enable integrated bioelectronic monitoring. Using a strain-engineered self-foldable bilayer, we demonstrate the facile formation of predetermined 3D microstructures of 2DLMs with controllable curvatures, called microrolls.
