Introduction: Autoimmune diseases often present in a systemic manner, affecting various organs and tissues. Involvement of the central and peripheral nervous system is not uncommon in these conditions and is associated with high morbidity and mortality. Therefore, early recognition of the neuropsychiatric manifestations associated with rheumatologic diseases is essential for the introduction of appropriate therapies with the objective of providing a better quality of life for individuals.

We aimed to assess the safety and efficacy of satralizumab, a humanised monoclonal antibody targeting the IL-6 receptor, in patients with generalised myasthenia gravis.
Methods: LUMINESCE was a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicentre, phase 3 study at 105 sites, including hospitals and clinics, globally.
Objective: To clinically validate the nursing diagnosis (ND) inadequate social support network in breastfeeding mothers.
Method: This cross-sectional quantitative study employed clinical indicator accuracy analysis and hierarchical modeling for the etiological factors of the ND inadequate social support network. The study included 285 breastfeeding mothers registered in primary healthcare units.
Small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) have been successfully used as therapeutics to silence disease-causing genes when conjugated to ligands or formulated in lipid nanoparticles to target relevant cell types for efficacy while sparing other cells for safety. To support the development of new methods for delivery of siRNA therapeutics, we developed and characterized a panel of antibodies generated against chemically modified nucleotides used in therapeutic siRNA molecules, identifying a monoclonal antibody that detects a broad range of siRNA representing distinct sequences and modification patterns. By integrating this anti-siRNA antibody with additional reagents, we created a multiplex siRNA immunoassay that simultaneously quantifies siRNA uptake, trafficking, and silencing activity.

This study assesses a mindfulness app's feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy in improving emotional symptoms, trait mindfulness, and overall quality of life for patients with mRCC on immunotherapy.
Methods: This multinational study recruited patients with mRCC undergoing immunotherapy from Brazil and the United States.
