Purpose: Defining a microscopic tumor infiltration boundary is critical to the success of radiation therapy. Currently, radiation oncologists use margins to geometrically expand the visible tumor for radiation treatment planning in soft tissue sarcomas (STS). Image-based models of tumor progression would be critical to personalize the treatment radiation field to the pattern of sarcoma spread.

In cases where primary or delayed fascial closure cannot be achieved, vacuum-assisted wound closure and mesh-mediated fascial traction are indicated, which often result in a planned ventral hernia. If secondary skin closure is not feasible, common treatment of granulated abdominal defects involves split-thickness skin-grafting or healing by secondary intention leading to significant scarring and sometimes mutilating defects.

However, significant challenges remain, including systemic toxicity, acquired resistance, and the lack of reliable biomarkers for patient selection. To enhance the effectiveness of ADC therapies in SCLC, we focused on target selection in this study by investigating the expression of ADC targets - SEZ6, DLL3, CD276, and TACSTD2 - in cell lines and patient samples.

This study aimed to quantify the impact of 99mTc on 90Y bremsstrahlung-SPECT/CT image quality and to establish an optimised imaging protocol for both clinical practice, and with advanced reconstruction techniques. Utilising a NEMA IQ phantom, contrast recovery coefficients (CRCs) were measured to evaluate the 90Y image quality degradation caused by 99mTc.

Objective: To provide evidence-based consensus recommendations for patients with HS in seven special patient populations: i) pregnancy, ii) breastfeeding, iii) pediatrics, iv) malignancy, v) tuberculosis infection, vi) hepatitis B or C infection, and vii) HIV disease.
