Drug repurposing of well-established drugs to be targeted against lung cancer has been a promising strategy. Bosentan is an endothelin 1 (ET-1) blocker widely used in pulmonary hypertension. The current experiment intends to inspect the anticancer and antiangiogenic mechanism of bosentan targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) /extra-cellular Signal Regulated Kinase (ERK) /c-Jun/vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) carcinogenic pathway.

However, no studies have been conducted to determine whether DPG mitigates the renal injury triggered by cadmium (Cd). Herein, DPG was studied for its potential to attenuate kidney damage in Cd-intoxicated rats, as well as to unravel the mechanisms involving oxidative events, autophagy, and apoptosis.

Objectives: We explored whether SSI can predict the outcomes of ward patients experiencing clinical deterioration and compared its performance with other parameters.
Methods: This retrospective study included adult patients in medical/surgical wards who required RRT activation.
Background: This study aims to assess the knowledge level of family medicine physicians in Saudi Arabia, regarding basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS). Recognizing the importance of timely and effective resuscitation in emergency medical care, the study explores the physicians' proficiency in key resuscitation concepts and identifies areas for improvement.
Methodology: Conducted as an observational cross-sectional study in Saudi Arabia, the research involved family medicine physicians from major hospital centers.
